The problem is that P/R was already know to those who have been invested here...the info was already built into the price...so this selling shouldn't have been a surprise to experienced investors

What difference does it make? As you can see, whoever did find out about the news, half of them sold anyway. It wouldn't matter if it came out in 15 different places if morons were planning on selling. It's just the nature of the stupidity on the OTC.
