Thankfully the Pres. of USBI was smart enough to do a little DD and ask a few questions before doing business with Eric. I'm guess that when Eric meets a new potential customer in his new business he doesn't even want to Winning Brands. Here, take a look at this company I took from 500k a year in sales to somewhere around 100K a year or less. And in the process I was able to dilute the stock by some %12 million and today I don't even have enough money to get OTC compliant.
