He is best off resigning from the board, the only reason why he is here in the first place cause I offered to get him into the PPM after I thought we had lost on another stock. Guess what that other stock did? Went from .0001-.0056 after a couple years of holding it I recently cashed out and made a mint. He probably sold for a loss and is still pissed. What a wack job!
