I won't argue that 13M O/S is relatively small in the biotech arena. However, the warrants could bring O/S to about 3x that amount. RXi just needs to hit on one of the platform items and it could go to $100M market cap easily. But, if you are like me (and some others here) you invested when RXII was about 10x where the price is now and have seen little progress. Patience is running out with hearing these CEO's preach about partnerships and having nothing come to fruition.
