Could go either way. It sounds to me like the current administration wants to reduce the choke point which is our current FDA.

Adding to Flash's response (#5464), I think that we'll also benefit if they drop the medical device tax that was supposed to be implemented this year or soon according to the ACA. In this case we're likely better off than if this were classified as a drug, especially with recent comments in that regard.
