The shares he got in the settlement and the shares the lenders disclosed paying him as a kickback would put him over the threshhold for disclosure, not to mention the fact he is the founder of the company and a formerly reporting person.
One can only assume all these shares that trade here on a daily basis have Dean's name on it.
Remember when $6 million shares of his stock were sold "without his knowledge"??? Wonder if he ever paid income tax on those shares?
