Technicals mean very little in the OTC. Since there is little volume, chart patterns/support-resistance levels are often misleading as they are created because of low liquidity. Lol- I am willing to get behind any rumor that provides share holders with value but given the fact that VTMB is an extremely liberal company based out of So-Cal, rifle bags are as likely as seeing a unicorn.
