It sure feels like it.With no assets no income and 3 employees at this point looks like a stock market scam which there are a lot of them now days.there was nothing but dilution behind the reverse split,which was the last straw.50:1 r/s for what?!?Its not like they are trying to get uplisted.
Oh let's not forget who promoted this stock few months back.Just look at their profiles and the stocks they promote and you will see they are all pumps & dumps.Now if you are able to get in early and get out before it crashes you are safe,but in this particular case it looks like TEUFF has already has crashed.
Do not listen to all the bogus comments and do not get tricked in to buying,very soon it will be either non existing or well below a penny.
You have to look at it realistically what this company has which at this point is nothing and not think "what if" and speculate that if this and that happens this can sky rocket,that's worst than gambling and you will have a better chance in the casino.
