Never mind that there is no KNSC Secretary Of State Filing (S.O.S.) which is one of the first indicators a company has become active again and is usually months before filings happen

Usually when people send private messages, they're upset that you're interfering with their motives, oppose to letting some truths be known.

As I've said, since there are no new filings, no PR's, and this POS still in delinquent mode with the SEC, it's an obvious P&D that will leave newbs holding the bag for another few years while they sell this shell to another friend of theirs to keep the cycle going.

Until there's an up to date filing or a PR from the "new owners"...BUYER BEWARE!
