Wanna wager they won't make it 12 months w/out another cap raise?

If you noticed the language Jantzen used when she mentioned the 12 months was boilerplate - found in all the 10Q's and 10K's under liquidity.

"The Company estimates that it will have sufficient cash and cash equivalents to fund operations for the next twelve months from the balance sheet date."

Several years ago I observed that this repeatedly made statement found in all the SEC 10 Q's and K's (from what I could tell) was misleading as it NEVER appeared to Turn out to be TRUE! haha

So, good luck with that "estimate"...lol
