Who should GILD buy?

I'm completely biased (-g-) but would say FGEN and/or MGNX.

I have maintained all along ever since who GILD should buy subject came up, the best strategic fit for GILD that can move the needle in relatively short term are Actelion and INCY in that order. Now Actelion is off market, INCY is the only one left. BMY has come down to earth expectation wise, it would be a good fit strategically although on much larger scale than either Actelion or INCY. Wouldn't be uncharacteristic if GILD decides to make surprise moves similar to acquisition of CV Therapeutics in 2009. I would bet the main acquisition will be someone with product on market already or very close to it.
