EDUC - i am reading the long transcript by S.Alpha about EDUC's first-ever earnings call by Founder and CEO Randall White. It's one of the most colorful, interesting and certainly candid CCs one could imagine.
In passing, he spoke about probably needing to do a share-offering and also maybe temporarily cutting the dividend, just to fund their literally overwhelming sales growth.
I surmise that either of those events would temporarily dip the shareprice, so even though the stock has come way down, it might have further to fall. But maybe one or both possibilities are already baked into the depressed s/price?
But this is definitely an exciting co., i need to read elsewhere to find out if they have any competitors on the horizon to steal marketshare, but maybe you or someone here could answer that.....?
