Yes they are....but what has changed with LEAPS that will make the stock pop. The main issue right now it Multikine and getting that study back on track....and the arb decision.

LEAPS is in the far distant future...right now it is an unproved potential product. Announcing the start of a P1 LEAPS study will do squat for the share price...just means more dilution right now
