10k delayed here. I Called to Co. spoke to Angelo Derosa
$STCC Sterling Consolidated
and he said the 10k filing is late due to taxes being filed
simultaneous with the 10k and should be filed this week.

Crunch time I guess So I'll be looking for the filing to be published at least by the first of next week.
