I tend to agree with you, we need legal expertise for this.

However, I strongly lean towards this rule judgement 9022 as shown in the sticky to apply only to a case involving one of ARIO's creditors, who was seeking payment from ARIO.

I don't think a judge "shuts" down a business.

This appears to only be a judgement between two parties, and is not a condemnation against ARIO.
