This S-1 looks like some kind of "extension" of the other one from way back, almost exactly 6 mths later. I don't know why the smart investor on Nasdaq will want to buy what yesterday was a penny stock with a failing balance sheet and out of money, why I would give them more money just the fact they exist there, as opposed to here.

I maintain uplisting was a wild long shot I never even took it seriously and still don't.

I appreciate your wanting the uplist, but companies are supposed to make money, end of story. Maybe they will? who knows.
