Thanks, Dr. Phil. It is somewhat ironic that senior management knocks down some big bucks (salaries and stock sales), then spends some $15K a month (plus shares of ITKG) to hire a "top self" group to close the deal and all there is to show for the money is a two-year exclusive licensing agreement with Heatron for $1.

P.S.--take everything the MP (IR guy) tells you with a grain of salt. If you take my advice on just this one thing, it will save you some embarrassment by posting his comments on this board.
