I do agree with this, but I would be surprised if Paul provides any explanation or response to AB, if he were to reach out. Paul should do an interviews with AB, if everything is on the up and up. Would go a long way with me, and likely go a long way with others.

It's CEO's Job To Be Transparent Not Lie

As a recent example, The Shyster lied about Rollie's MJ Cigarettes being sold back in June 2016. Never happened.

The shyster has lied about having 5 construction project that were in the midst of being made. There are only 3. GL, Sin City, and Solaris.

There are 3 dead construction project. Noone can seem to come up with the name of the 5th project.

The Lying Shyster is of the same ilk and Bob McNulty; with whom he has a failed business relationship. Remember CAFS.

The Shyster also signed away VitaStik to Al Santos back in February 2015, but there were some posters who were more than happy to "report" on the exponential growth in Korea. Sound Familiar?

That sounds all good, but fact is, you have helped bring this issue to light, which I applaud you for it.

But, attacking Paul's character in the process, and passing judgement as to his intent, without knowing all the details is a whole other story.

My take is, since this bothers you so much, as demonstrated in your contribution to two articles, and participate on the company's own message board, you have an obligation to go the extra mile and reach out to Paul to get his account of why no Form 4 was filed, and what happened to the shares.

As any good, unbiased, analyst would do.

Otherwise, it comes across as some short motivated agenda, or some personal vendetta.
