U never know, worth a phone call. I have a friend that worked for the SEC legal for a long time, then a popular toxic lender, now just buys debt and private placements for himself...I like to tell him he went from being the watchdog to just a flat out mangy dog. Really ridiculous how this stuff continues as it does, but, lots of fees, industries, and taxes generated I guess...OTC is dangerous, best to assume everything sucks, trade it, take profits quick, cut losses faster IMO...good luck, I hope this finds volume, a bottom, and a bounce zone actually, if it does and maintains the float, it can produce a nice quick return...
