And there is another 6% (13G/A) from yesterday. The 8.2% appears to have been calculated prior to the offering. That's a MINIMUM of 61% institutional ownership and that doesn't count dozens of other smaller institutional positions. DSC, Blackrock, Vanguard, Perceptive, etc. Has to be over 80% is my guess.
