Will the FDA be reconfigured in time to save CEMP?..Dunno.. There's tremendous bureaucratic inertia and a welter of strong but conflicting interests and pressures involved. BP has an enormously powerful lobby that pushes legislators around at will and generous campaign finance funds might well be louder than trump's bluster.
