It shouldn't be long now, just waiting on the verdict from the court. Not sure how long that typically takes but I would think 30-60 days would be reasonable.
It's difficult to say how the court will rule, based on the law, but it is pretty obvious Conte was screwed.
My fear is that they rule in favor of Conte, but do not give him the control of the company or shares.
