The issue is that there's a claim of a timeline. That timeline happens to coincide with the OP's exit strategy.

I was content to let it lie until I saw posts that seem to have placed hope in this Q1 investment by Mr Big.

Something may happen Q1, or not.

Come 1 April and there's been no announcement, I fully expect the OP to pen a masterpiece of all caps, railing against lawyers and how Mr Big has left the building.

If the announcement happens Q1, the OP can claim he was right all along about Mr B.

I'm saying not to worry come April 1st if there's no announcement. I believe the OP's claim that Mr Big has a timeline is suspicious.
