So here is my opinion how it might play out:

Meeting: Wed. "vote" tallied ( really unnecessary: OTC Pink do R/S without approval very frequently)

Thursday: Paperwork filed.
Friday: Split happens (my opinion: 1:50)

PPS now at: .075 (7.5 cents)

Buying happens!
Price jumps up to .095 ( for a 20% gain)

Your 10 million shares is now: 20,000 shares.. you make literally just $500 even with 2.5 cent gain!!


HQ lets this happen..

Then: company starts diluting / printing shares..
Pre-arranged deals / conversion notes/ promotions
MMs will be blocking ASK ..

PPS declines.. 6 cetns, 5 cents, 3 cents.. from all the dilution. They need down payment for a plane etc. a bunch of other expenses like new marketing, hire and train pilots etc..
rehire all the crew since they need to have their own folks do the minis again. FAA fees. yada yada

Then it will be same position as in 2015.. PPS at two cents and up to company to actually pass this time. JMO from armchair trader.
