Your documentation is helpful in assessing potential distortions and manipulations in share price, bid and ask. I have found it difficult to purchase large blocks of shares for many months.

We will know much more about the above distortions with the disclosure of a first sale of processors, by observing the share price reaction.

The argument that Heddle has pumped his own money into this for the interest return is a ridiculous one, as is the argument that the machines "break down all the time." On the contrary...

Documentation of processor and engineering validation were completed when Heddle took over, and it is baffling that he has not been able to close a sale as yet.

I suspect Heddle is used to customers "needing his services" at the marine facility, and he likely does not know how to negotiate complex variables involved in a processor sale, where one needs to reach out to others and persist.

His delays are costing him credibility among potential new investors, although raising 600K in the last few months should not be forgotten.
