The "Float" is different than the "Outstanding", as the Float does not reflect the "restricted shares". Given this difference, without the company providing an update (via OTC Markets or SEC filing), an approximation is the best figure to be had. As of September 30, 2016, the Float was 6.35 BILLION shares. Per the laughable unaudited 2016 Annual Report, as of December 31, 2016, there were 6.45 BILLION Outstanding, suggesting the Float and Outstanding are the same. With this in mind, THE FLOAT, AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2016, IS 6.45 BILLION! Also keep in mind, there are THREE classifications of Preferred Stock, i.e. Series A, B, & C, which are convertible to Common!
