i suggest you start evaluating this stock via market cap

if you think this business can sell for upwards of $150m then hold the stock

if they put MCIG on the market right now, they wouldn't get more than $10-30m


you have a value for VCIG as it was bought recently for less than $3m, if you believe the construction is worth $140m+ then I will go ut right now and buy some construction equipment and start building 3 dispensaries and sell it to you after a year.
