I think it's just confusion as to the amortized acquisition terms because VCTL hasn't PR'd anything yet...the deal was struck last April according to CALD's filings...but CALD's filings don't show the $4M payment terms to VCTL hence uncertainty as to how/when VCTL gets the $4M...maybe someone should reach out to CALD for clarity
