Can you revisit your prior post, shown below, and update your present views as we have volume but still lack of news.

I'm more concerned with the lack of volume than the lack of news at the moment. I think volume would be a pre indicator of a deal or upcoming news.

Also,
If possible, can you or another refresh the following, especially if these or other institutional investors are in BORK.
