What on earth does MJMJ have to franchise ?

There are thousands of bed and breakfasts in the United States.

The only thing that a bed and breakfast would have to do to replicate what MJMJ does is to (i) be located in a state in which marijuana is legal; and (ii) add marijuana to its menu.

Why would a B&B, which is already in one of those states, need MJMJ to make that happen ?
