I don't see this staying a penny stock for long. I think they uplist at some point as long as their sales keep increasing.

Most penny stocks will not buy back shares.

I will throw this out again. If you are paying off Debt with Cash and the Debt which are shares of stock!!! Then that is the same thing as the company buying shares back. IMO!!!
