This is from the just released GWPH PR re: Financial Report.

• Revenue for the three months ended 31 December 2016 of £2.1 million ($2.5 million) compared to £3.7 million for the three months ended 31 December 2015

If I'm not mistake OWCP is projecting $2-4 a MONTH, NOT A QUARTER (please correct me if I'm wrong).
