Agreed, it's my understanding that the manufacturer listed to satisfy the FDA's NDA requirements can still be contingent on an official deal being secured later...IPCI just had to show the FDA proof positive that they do in fact have an FDA qualified manufacturer candidate.

I can't imagine we have long to wait for Rexista partnership deal since I firmly believe IPCI purposely waited to submit their Rexista NDA until immediately after receiving PODRAS patent approval...and logic would strongly suggest that the leading Rexista partner candidate was waiting for the FDA to accept IPCI's Rexista NDA before wrapping up all the legal red tape involved on a lucrative Rexista partnership and a Rexista with PODRAS partnership which will contain a ton of development red tape and development costs.
