Agreed mopar...the good thing is that a Rexista partnership is finally fast approaching...so IMO only we don't have long to wait.
Exactly 1 month away from CBI’s Abuse-Deterrent Formulations Summit where Dr. Odidi's 1 of the scheduled speakers...and it would sure be awesome if IPCI already had a Rexista partnership and Rexista with PODRAS partnership secured ahead of that event!
Mopar & Hebrew.....I agree with your comments. They did need to name a manufacturer site in order to get the application accepted. most likely they had a tentative agreement which allowed IPCI to use the name. My guess had always been that they would then finalize things after they received acceptance and that it was contingent upon acceptance OR that acceptance would be the catalyst to finalize the agreement.
Personally I expected to hear within a few days. now that we haven't I still say its coming soon but maybe the agreement was written that they have 30 days to finalize after acceptance. This would give the partner time to secure the up front monies etc. Its difficult to say from an outside looking in perspective how it was written.
so all we have to go on is the fact that we know they are close to signing a deal.
