Is it possible?? Hell yes it's possible, anything is possible, and yes, it could work for us.
That said, there would have to be a wide spectrum of things take place for it to actually materialize. The biggest of which would be making the deal sweet enough for SW and MG to come out of the deal like rock stars. The only obstacle, which wouldn't be significant, would be that it is equally good for us, the shareholders. IMO that would be a resounding, Giddy up and lets get on with it.
Depending on who would be taking over would determine how sweet the deal is and also how smoothe the transaction would be. A move like this could cut a lot of corners and ultimately get TFN exposed all the way up to global exposure!!!!! Theat is where it is headed anyway, this would just speed things up in all likelihood.
The company doing it would naturally already have to be well connected and have proper licensure in place to accomodate such a merger/buyout.
This is something that has always been in the back of my mind but I also know that for a deal like this to take place SW and MG would have to get a premium price for the network. That would trickle down to all of us. I can't imagine there would be any obstacles from the shareholder point of view on majority agreement. Think about it, who wouldn't want to have what we are all waiting for anyway, all of a sudden be a reality!!!!
Your info is very intriguing. I hope you are for real which for right now I personally am giving you the benefit of the doubt. Will what you have said be accepted board wide??? That ALL depends on how much more info you are able to provide and ideally how verifiable is it. That will be the hardest part. Not very many are going to blindly accept this notion without seeing some more thorough information. And naturally obtaining verifiable information will be extrememely difficult due to the sensitive nature of negotiations like this involve.
You are not dealing with uninformed people here. You will get real acceptance as long as you keep it real!!
I look forward to hearing more about this but for now I am viewing it as something that would be wonderful for all of us, but as of now it is just a post on a message board that has no substance at all.
