You don't think GTG are smart investors?
They did not allow appearances to deceive them.
You cannot discount their support for QMC.
They did DD and doubled down their investment
from one R&D and Production Facility to two, and
these are Enterprise Zone Centers, which sound
to me to be like DOE National Labs. The US has
27 National Labs. Sounds to me like GTG can
get things done.

Huh ? This statement is exactly like the reasons you gave for people to pause and question Quantum as an investment.It's a false statement like the ones made by the ones who ran the 15 year old USGN rant.
