I would agree again. Clearly if a pump worked here, we wouldn't be in a two year free fall. This year has certainly led much more credibility to the company, but then you take so many steps back with continuous missed milestones, dramatic change of guard, proxy battles, resignations, etc. When these events happen on the OTC, normal investors begin to look at this as a normal penny stock and not as a potential game changer.
