ASTI died the day they got kicked off NASDAQ. They were dead before that, but that was when the obituary was made public.

The signs were already there, and many people had suspicions, but leaving NASDAQ was 100% confirmation of what ASTI had in it's future: Constant dilution, keeping the scam going as long as they can find new retail suckers to buy the stock

ASTI is mismanaged and has absolutely nothing special to offer the market place.
