Mm can control this easily especially under $1.. Look at Thursday it was .54 .55 even though huge buying coming in then an hour before the closing. .mm decided to let it go and it ended up ..l11 cents at .665...
That's smart money accumulating slowly. Mms just move the market when buyers come in the price will move on air. This chart is setting up nicely for the move to a buck!
