Questions for anyone who knows because with the IBG* ticker there is a little confusion but I know that merger never happened.

So, the NRG shares the company exchanged for WCVC were privately held, correct?

And how many people own them? Is there an employee stock plan or are they owned just by Nixon and his board of directors?

I see the exchange rate of 1 WCVC for 5 NRG.

I'm asking because from experience, when a private company goes public, there usually is a split.... a reverse to tighten up the share structure, or a forward to create liquidity in the market.

So actually if anyone has any history on the NRG shares before the exchange, would be greatly appreciated.
