I don't think you are following...but then again when you are vested, the glasses tend to be a bit more greener than reality indicates....This prototypical fat cat CEO is paying himself in spite or contradiction to actual results.....he wants to line his pockets when the company is generating royalties and well on way to profit that is one thing, but given his complete and utter failure to this point, he should be more aware of the metrics of lining his pockets at the expense of common shareholder is not a good message you want to be sending, especially if you wish for the company to be successful longer term....Spana has always been playing short ball, but when you are in bed with the board and the board is lining its pockets as well, nothing will change....only have to hope commons will continue to punish him for his inept performance...
