I wonder if this move was made to get them some much needed capital. The new CEO worked for a capital firm. That is a great sign.

They claim that MLB is ready to go. But I don't think it's going to happen. I don't think that cheesy crap they are getting from convertible notes is going to be enough.

I'll bet we don't see anything other than more of the "Taste it" "Love it" freezers rolling out. I am not sure that is going to be enough to keep this company in business.

This is probably going to end up being dead money. But we shall see.
