I was just simply pointing out that the boot and the decision to leave on own accord due to pride or what have you is equally plausible. People keep calling it the boot.

How about we just refer it as a disagreement in business goals?

Sri leaving or getting the boot is irrelevant. What matters is that it was related to the proxy as so clearly stated my Stott. Without Stott's comment, we'd probably still be guessing that it was the proxy.
