Its a shame too. I truly believe its not the companies fault. Its the man's fault Charles Vacarro. It did not take long for Charley to run Sunrise into the ground. He sold 5B shares all under a penny. So right now he's in heaven. Watch that O/S increase rapidly with every Q. At least he has all kinds of room to increase the A/S when ever needed, and he will. IMO
