Updated financials and conference calls, while important tools, are nothing more than paper and words, both of which can and are manipulated from time to time. Under a dollar stocks are prone to RS's and offerings. It's just the way it is. Consolidation periods following an uptrend in the pps, which is what we have with URG, are usually the time a company takes advantage of an offering. It's not written in stone, nor is it guaranteed to happen, but it's just a real possibility. One in which I've seen multiple times. I follow my gut "feelings" from time to time, but by no means do I state that something is going to happen just because I have a feeling.
