R/s would be quite a bit into the future. This looks like a ARWR type play. Drops substantially. Buy. Pops a little. Sell. Drops some more. Buy again. Then it moves up higher. Just my two cents and of course, I could be completely wrong.

The CEO said on the STOP-HE CC that they have enough cash to get to early 2018, but that seems like a stretch. We won't know how much use they made of the ATM facility (before the STOP-HE announcement) until they report their 4Q16 financials.
