Hi Tony,

Obviously this wasn't the news that everybody was looking for...

What is needed is news about an actual settlement or news about moving towards doing something with the stockpile or getting the mine going.

This, of course, is JMHO.

I am out right now...I missed two chances at a good exit in this stock and I am on the sidelines right now as I am in limbo between changing brokerages and I can't trade right now. I did get out with a little pocket change though...

This stock seems to have good support in the 0.045 - 0.055 range and is waiting more substantial positive news.

If I had some spare change that I could sit on for a while I would consider taking a small position in this again.
