Farmer7, your friend may be able to buy sooner if he sets up a margin account with Etrade rather than Scottrade. No waiting if you set up a link with your bank. Do an electronic transfer and use that money as soon as you can get to the trading page. I went to Etrade long ago and this is one of the reasons why.

It's my opinion that even if he can't get in until $1.00 -- he'll make a tremendous return if he's patient.

Hell, even if he's not patient... $1.00 to $2.00 won't take long. $2.00 to $5.00 could zoom by too as we approach Product Launch.

That's still ONLY equivalent to AXIM's market value ($700M - $750M) at $5.00... We'll absolutely be better than them in no time!
