"Baristas: No filings since April 2016. Is it dead?"

His response: "Not at all. Filings coming soon."

Then I wrote: "You guys are acting like you don't care about it anymore. Like you're giving up and moving onto something else."

Just spoke directly to Barry. He confirmed that his efforts have been directed towards RLTR but that he was still involved in Baristas. Scott is not as involved in RLTR but is very close to it. Scotts focus is on Baristas. The company is in no way dead according to Barry. Scott and Barry control the board and both are officers. I mentioned your post to him and he said that he had not read it but would be surprised that you would post something that you had not confirmed and that you had a direct line of communication with him. He also said he respected your opinions even when they were not aligned with his.
