Excellent work!

Why somebody with as many problems as Adam Tracy would want to get involved with somebody like Christopher Davies I really don't understand.

Easy. One of Tracy's pitches to his clients is that he'll take them public through an "APO" (Alternative Public Offering). That sounds impressive, since it's supposed to entail financing by an institutional investor. So far, no institutional investor has been named in any of Tracy's disclosure for his shells, including Share Exchange Agreements.

But we know from the GOFF litigation that Chris Davies's Ambrose & Keith, a Florida company, was to play that role for Romanek. It makes sense to think that was also the plan for other Tracy shells. And Shiver's involvement with Black Shopping Channel seems to bear that out.

Romanek had the sense to suspect something was wrong, and consult another attorney. Most of Tracy's buyers deal only with Tracy.

Man, that was a serious post. So, I may not post any more here but I will say that I called the company on Friday twice. In the future, for a penny stock, it is at least partially possible to have a $70 million dollar valuation. $700 million valuation sounded just too good to be true, right.

So I called them (just in case).

You would expect a $700 million dollar company to have professional people answering the phones asking to take your order and quickly and courteously processing your needs right? They just asked me what I wanted, basically. I asked them if they recently changed their ticker since I thought that they already were previously public at that point. The first gal I spoke with was very evasive and she she would have investor relations call me and took my number. She would not even tell me their ticker. I asked if they usually call back same day and again a little evasive and did not tell me when IR would call back.

After I hung up, I was looking at their sites and noticed that my security software was stating that the .com version was possibly compromised, while the .net was not saying that. I called back to confirm their legal name (this is penny stocks right) and also to see which site was the correct one so I could check the web traffic stats on that site.

The second gal I spoke to would not even confirm the legal name of their company which seem super odd to me, then asked unprompted if this "was a stock question." I did not answer that but told her my security software was stating that one of the sites was possibly compromised when I pulled it up. I wanted to confirm with her which site was their company's actual site. She said they had a lot of sites and that what I was seeing was because they were working on the site for the next few weeks. So, at some point, there will be a site update, most likely, FYI. GLTA!!!

nodummy,

Fantastic dd. Could you give a short summary on a short term trade here? I read everything you said and it looks like the merger into RMGX will never get approved.

Is that your summary? Or, is there a real play here - even for the short term?

Thanks. That was quite the read there. Excellent due diligence as usual.

Man, these Tracy shells sure do draw some shady characters.

Which is natural of course, being as they are ALL scams borne from illegally hijacked shells.
